Saddles can also be purchased direct from this website & posted out to you.
We advise you have a qualified saddler fitter check the suitability of your chosen saddle for you and your horse and flock as necessary. Once any adjustments have been made by a saddler the saddle does not qualify to be returned.
*We cannot be held responsible for the fit, suitability or flocking of your saddle.
We can give you contact details of a qualified saddle fitter if you are local to our base in Worcestershire.
All saddles owned by the Saddle Shop come with an automatic 3 day trial when checking out online or buying from our base in Clent.
Your 3 day trial starts from the day you receive your saddle. Feel free to ride in the saddle and we always recommend having it checked by a qualified saddler fitter.
*Please note you are entirely responsible for the saddle whilst in your possession.
If you do not contact us by 4pm on the last day of your trail (day 3) to arrange a return we will presume you are happy with the saddle and mark it as sold.
All saddles remain the property of The Saddle Shop ltd until paid in full.
All saddles will be posted out using parcel force 48 hour fully insured and tracked service. Someone will need to be in to sign for the saddle on the day it’s due.

During the 3 day trial period if you decide to return the saddle to us please ensure the tag is left on, and the saddle is returned in the same clean condition as you received it in.
If the saddle is sent back with any damage it will need to be paid for in full.
Once the saddle is received back and checked you will receive back the money you paid for the saddle minus a £10 admin feee * postage costs will not be refunded.
Please ensure your saddle is posted back to us by the 4th day using parcel force 24 or 48 hour service. You are responsible for the saddle until it reaches us so please insure it when posting to its full value.
Alternativley you can arrange to bring your saddle back to us in person by the 5th day after receiving the saddle, please call us to arrange this.
Upon receiving your saddle back it will be thoroughly checked for any damage. provided it is in the same condition as when it left us we will issue you a refund deducting the £10 admin fee and postage costs incurred.
